Following the success of Sustainability Now, UBM’s first Virtual Show, UBM Built Environment are proud to bring you the latest instalment of this innovative online platform.

Overview of virtual shows
  • A free to attend live 2 day event – attended via your computer;
  • A full conference programme including live seminars and discussion, video case studies and the latest research data and white papers.
Sponsoring or exhibiting at a virtual event will enable you to:
  • Target and network with potential business prospects, see the profiles and collect information of all visitors at the event, and focus your attention on your key prospects;
  • Host a discussion on your key topic areas and fielding enquiries, via private instant messaging or group chat facilities;
  • Distribute literature in an efficient and sustainable way – visitors to your booth can add brochures to their ‘virtual briefcase’;
  • Be seen by key decision makers and specifiers in a sustainable and convenient environment;
  • Gain 3 months of brand promotion, as a partner your logo will appear on all show marketing, including full page advertisements in BD, BSD and Building, direct emails and online advertisements.

Opportunities for involvement

Exhibition Booth

  • Your booth serves as your company’s hub at the Virtual Tradeshow;
  • Visitors to your booth can view and download different areas of content e.g. web pages, brochures, video content, presentations and webcasts;
  • Your staff can hold one-to-one chats, or you can include an open chat room discussion within your booth;
  • Following the event, you would receive a full, in depth report on visitor interaction (providing excellent leads for follow up), including who visited your booth and their contact details; what visitors downloaded and viewed; how long they stayed in your booth; transcripts of all chats.

Lounge Sponsorship

  • The lounge was one of the most populated areas at Sustainability Now and Education Now, and
    is a centre for debate;
  • The Lounge acts as the central, general discussion area within the Virtual Tradeshow;
  • It acts as a central networking area, where attendees can see who else is at the show, start private messaging chats or join the central debate within the Lounge chat room;
  • By placing your brand within this area as lounge sponsor, you will be placed at the centre of the discussion, enforcing your position as a valuable partner;
  • This level of promotion will help drive visitors to your booth, enabling direct contact, data capture and direct downloads within your own space.

Further promotion of your activity at the virtual show will ensure you drive recognition & leads.

  • Survey sponsorship: Vital industry information can be researched from the market by those registering for each event. By sponsoring this survey you benefit from all association branding – but also can include up to 3 questions of your own to canvas market opinion on your own company’s position within the sector;
  • Briefcase Drop: All attendees to the show have a briefcase to collect down-loaded information – your company brochure will automatically be included for ALL show attendees;
  • E-mail alert: Inclusion on a registration email to the show – including product/company information;
  • Webinar: Work with Building & BD to produce your own bespoke online seminar – educating the market & driving debate of key industry topics. The webinar can be hosted on demand in the virtual show to continue to drive coverage & return leads;
  • Show branding: Several prominent positions within the show floor are available for branding;
  • Competitions: Engage further with attendees to the show by including a competition / prize giveaway to further encourage attendance to your booth & collect sales leads. Prizes & competitions will also be hosted in the main “Prize Centre” at the show;
  • Videos: Our editorial team can work with you to produce a unique / bespoke video for the show – a project or product review, factory tour, educational demonstration or corporate video. The video can be hosted & promoted across BD & Building before, during & after the live event.
