Web banners
Web banners on the home page can be bought on a tenancy basis, we will have no more than 4 advertisers on the home page at any one time.
Web banners on all other pages are bought on a CPM (cost per mille) basis. CPM is the charge for every 1000 page impressions your banner receives which means you pay for your advert being seen a guaranteed number of times. There is a minimum order of 30,000 page impressions.

* Flash & Rich Media notes
- The frame rate for flash files may not exceed 12 frames/sec, 110 Max frames, 7 second preload, and Bandwidth Setting no more than 300 bytes.
- A back-up of the ad should be supplied in GIF or JPG format for visitors without flash installed.
- Any video or sound contained within a creative can only play with user interaction. This must be click-based as opposed to mouseover interaction.
- To track click-throughs, our click-tag flashvar must be embedded into the file and a URL supplied to us. The actionscript to be embedded in the flash file should appear as follows:

Submission Guidelines/Deadlines
- Send all creative to: ubmi-onlineads@ubm.com
- Linking URL must be submitted with creative
- Flash creative must have an accompanying .gif or .jpg
- All creative must be provided five business days prior to start date
